You can apply for Hire/Purchase directly with us. Please fill in contact us form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours, depending on the time of day you apply.

Yes, if the person who is applying with us can afford to re-pay the payments and provide suitable security.

Yes, you can cancel the contract if you change your mind. You need to contact us within 5 working days to do so if the disclosure documents were handed to you directly, 7 working days in case of electronic (email) means and 9 working days if the documents were sent to you in post. Saturday, Sunday and National Public holidays are not counted as working days. 

We do a credit check for anyone who applies loan with us. We also require 3 months current bank statements. Since each application has its own merits, please feel free to phone us and discuss further.

We prefer Direct Debit payments from your bank account. At the time of signing the contract, we’ll ask you to sign the direct debit form and send the form to bank on your behalf so as to set up the payments according to the starting date mentioned on the contract.

If you are facing any problem for making your payment, please phone us. We can work a payment arrangement which is suitable according to your comfort. We can also make changes to your payments to meet your circumstances if you meet our criteria.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you change your address if you are our existing customer. We will update your details in our system.

No, we don’t deal in personal loans at all. We only do Hire/Purchase.
